False Alarms
If you accidentally cause a false alarm, you will receive a call from the alarm monitoring company. This service operates 24 hours per day 365 days per year. A monitoring company agent will call the key-holder’s number(s) listed in priority sequence. When you answer, be ready to provide your security code and name.
Changing Alarm Key-holder List
When you set up alarm monitoring you will provide a list of key-holders. Key-holders also will require a security code that they enter on the alarm keypad to arm or disarm it. To add, remove or update your key-holder list please contact our office at 613-937-4430 or 1-888-618-6858. We are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
